  • Quick decision? We get it! You’ve got 24 hours to cancel your order or tweak your shipping details. Email us at help@identiteeshirts.com Once it’s processed, though, the shipping address is set in stone.
  • We’re in the U.S., and here’s the scoop: Our standard processing time is 1-2 business days after your purchase, allowing for the 24-hour pre-processing window for any changes or cancellations.
  • Delivery times vary by product, so check our processing times for specifics. Usually, it takes 3-6 business days after shipping for your order to land in your hands.
  • Uh-oh! If your product arrives printed incorrectly or damaged, give us a holler within 7 days of receiving it. Snap a photo and shoot us an email with your order number. We’ll check it out and send you a replacement lickety-split.
  • No refunds for damaged items, just snazzy replacements. Remember, after 7 days from delivery (confirmed by USPS), we can't process requests.
  • Did the delivery bring you something unexpected? If you receive the wrong item, let us know within 7 days. Shoot us an email at help@identiteeshirts.com with your order number and a photo of the mix-up.
  • Please hold off on returning it until we give you the green light. Unauthorized returns might lead to a deduction from your refund, (if eligible), so it’s better to check in with us first.
  • Lost parcel panic? If the tracking shows successful delivery but you haven't received it, get in touch with your local post office first. We can't offer more info than what’s on the USPS website.
  • Unfortunately, we can’t refund lost or stolen packages. For confirmed lost packages, we’ll happily send you a replacement, no refunds though.
  • Hey there! Seeing double charges? Don’t sweat it! What you might be spotting is what we call an "authorization." Banks often do this to make sure your funds are in line and your account is the real deal. This little double take will sort itself out, and you’ll see just one charge for your order. Keep in mind, it might take your bank up to 48 hours to sort out this authorization. Need a speed boost? Reach out to your credit card’s bank for a hand.
